I love glitter

This is a super cute top I got in the sale at a little boutique around the corner. The front is striped and the back is dotted and it has glittery black print in the middle. It's also slimming because of the elastic in the waist and god the fabric is soooooo soft it's like a second skin.


This is a picture of my fave necklace, also the most expensive necklace I've ever bought for myself. It's by Shaun Leane and it's pure silver. The necklace itself is already beautiful with little silver bubbles hanging from it but the bird's skull is just breathtaking. There's so much detail on it and even the bottom of it is like a real skull. If anyone knows The Dark Tower series, this is identical to the Lookout skull that Cuthbert has hanging on the knob of his saddle.



This is the first Chanel tattoo I stuck on my hand. It's very durable and very very detailed, I highly recommend them.




This is piglet showing us that he's enjoying the sun and also showing us why we call him piglet.

I just wanted to post this amazing sky over my house when sunset was starting to kick in, so many colors!

Balmain pen

After a conference, this Balmain pen was given to me. I didn't even know Balmain made pens? Anyway it writes heavenly and it's very elegant in design, definitely makes making notes more fun!

Homework is killing me

But we will not discuss the life being crushed out of me by action potentials generated by the atria and ventricles.

This lovely employee of my mom got rid of her tea cups so she gave 8 of them to me, I'll take pics of them soon, they're so adorably cute. There's on in a pearly colour and there's one in gold and one with cutouts, really really special designs. There's even a few cups that have little legs.

New shirt

Yesterday someone complimented me on my two-toned wannabe Chanel tights. For anybody who want those tight but doesn't want to spent like 80 euro's on a pair of Chanel's, they have really pretty ripoffs in Topshop. Just so you know.

We wanted to go to this new season catwalk show in town yesterdag but all the models were either wearing sandals with toenails that were too long with dirt under the nails or had an ass the size of a battleship.

Fortunately we walked on to H&m and we found this awesome nautical striped shirt that looks like the one above but with shorter sleeves and t-shirt length. They only had 2 left and are the cutest shirts I've seen with these stripes.

New dress

I got a dress from H&M today which looks similar to this one only the sleeves and the dress are both a bit shorter and it's made of velvet. It's so cute and I can wear it right away because it's so summery outside all of a sudden. it was only 18 euro's and the velvet is really good quality.
Maybe a tip for next year: in February right at the very end of sale they suddenly throw ALL the festive (or what they put in store as festive) dresses and skirts in sale for sometimes 90% off. I have one dress that was 99 euro's for about 3 months and then suddenly it was on sale for 9.

6%dokidoki x popples

There's this awesome exhibition that just ended in Shibuya. As you may know, it's 1 of the 23 special Tokyo wards. 1 of the important things there is the train station, the other a clothing walhalla in the form of a huge department store. It's maybe the most stylish district in the world.

It's a Popples exhibition. Popples was a series of fantasy characters created by Those Characters From Cleveland. It was on TV in the 80's so it kind of ended when I was born. It's like a vintage animation series. Of course they're also pluche toys as the merch departments were doing overtime no doubt.

Especially for the celebration of Popples 6%Dokidoki has launched the cutest clothes and accessories line featuring Popples. Check it out! It's a clothing line that only has super cute items. 6%Dokidoki is a kawaii store aiming for extraordinarily and shokingly cute.

They even had a Popples room where 2 girls lived for a few hours. Too cute!

Booties!

So today I visited a shoe store in Kijkduin where I've bought some lovely shoes in the past. They usually stock quite expensive brands sooooo I thought lets see if they still have a sale going on. Turns out yesterday was the last day. But! And this is a biggie, there was a huge shoepile in the middle of the store and they were bagging those, the leftovers of the sale. The saleslady said everyting was 75% off if I could dig through the pile to find something. Yay! So I bought the above ankle boots by Stuart Weitzman, they are super comfy! And the white strip on the bottom is actually silver irl.



Also I bought black ankle boots, also by Stuart Weitzman that I couldn't find a pic of, but they look similar to the one above only it's suede and at the front sole there is one row of silver studs attached to it, they have a great rock vibe to them. Also they're stretch so they don't sag at the ankle which is quite refreshing having very thin ankles. That's also the reason most cowboy boots look ridiculous on me.
I saved so much money by buying them in the sale. Now that's what I call a good bargain.
